A new luxury apartment building is coming out of the ground across from Regions Field in the Parkside neighborhood downtown.
Following approval from the Birmingham Design Review Committee, local developer Daniel Corp. has broken ground on an unnamed seven-story, 228-unit apartment building with ground-level retail located at 1401 Third Ave. S.
