Riverfront Plaza is a landmark twin-tower structure located on the banks of the James River in downtown Richmond. The 950,000-square-foot project provides the finest Class A office space for Richmond’s top-brass firms. Riverfront Plaza is also home to The Downtown Club, one of Richmond’s finest private dining clubs. Daniel developed the project in a joint venture with Wheat First Securities and Hunton & Williams. The project was completed and sold in 1990.
