Cahaba Center at Grandview is a 103-acre expansion to Grandview Corporate Park located near the thriving I-459 and Hwy 280 corridor.

Acquired in 2008, the campus includes Grandview Plaza (a 200,000-square-foot Class A office building), a 44,000-square-foot distribution center, the Cahaba Grand Conference Center, the world-class Grandview Medical Center, Grandview Physicians Plaza and an additional 62 acres of land for future office, medical, hotel, retail, multifamily and mixed-use development.

The property is owned in a partnership between Daniel and Lubert-Adler Funds.
