Work is expected to begin in the coming weeks on a new 336-unit, $60 million luxury apartment development in Beulah near the Navy Federal Credit Union campus.
The development, which has yet to be named, will likely have its first units available in the fall of 2021.
It’s part of a larger development, called Pathstone, that covers a total of 174 acres near where Interstate 10 and Nine Mile Road meet.
