HUNTSVILLE – Daniel, one of the Sunbelt Region’s most active real estate development, management, and investment firms, announced today they have closed on land and started construction on a new luxury apartment community located in the Hampton Cove community of growing Huntsville, Alabama.
The development is a 336-unit, four-story, 7 building, premium rental community, located on 22 acres just south of Downtown Huntsville, along Highway 431 in Hampton Cove adjacent to Hays Nature Preserve. The amenities and unit finishes of the apartment community will set a new standard of quality in the for-rent market in Southeast Huntsville.
This community will feature a farmhouse-inspired clubhouse that includes the leasing office, resident social space, and fitness studio that will open up to an outdoor lounge area featuring a large fireplace with expansive views of the saltwater pool and deck. The community will offer an on-site trail that is planned to connect to the 10+ miles of trails within Hays Nature Preserve, giving residents the ability to explore the 538-Acre Preserve and the many amenities within its trail system.
