Daniel announced that they had started construction on a 10-story, 217-unit residential tower at the Centennial American Properties-led Camperdown project. The Camperdown Residences will feature one-, two-, and three-room luxury apartment homes, with an average size of 1,016 feet, according to developers.
As befitting its prime location in downtown Greenville, the residential property will feature “a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, club room with outdoor entertaining area, and a roof top deck with 360-degree views of downtown Greenville from the 11th story vantage point.”
“Camperdown is a transformative development with a true ‘Main and Main’ address, located in one of the Southeast’s most dynamic markets,” said Justin Weintraub, executive vice president of Daniel.
