A new 10 story tower will soon rise in downtown Greenville as part of the Camperdown project, which saw new renderings released Tuesday.
The building sits along Falls Street, which is closed from East Broad Street to Japanese Dogwood Lane this week while a tower crane is brought in to begin construction.
It will have 217 units with an average size of 1,016 square feet, according to a release from Daniel Corporation. There will be one, two and three bedroom options.
Amenities of the apartment will include a resort style pool, fitness center, club room with outdoor entertaining area and a rooftop deck.
The first units are expected to be available in early 2020.
