The Patchwork Farms master-planned development will bring office, retail and residential space to Vestavia Hills. Daniel and the city of Vestavia are teaming on the massive, multimillion-dollar project.

From a 105,000-square-foot fitness and spa facility and a 270-unit luxury apartment community to a 120,000-square-foot retail development and a 8.5-acre nature park, Patchwork Farms will bring several new assets and additional tax revenue to Vestavia Hills.
