										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="speakable-p-1 p-text">A new 10 story tower will soon rise in downtown Greenville as part of the Camperdown project, which saw new renderings released Tuesday.</p>
<p class="speakable-p-2 p-text">The building sits along Falls Street, which is closed from East Broad Street to Japanese Dogwood Lane this week while a tower crane is brought in to begin construction.</p>
<p class="p-text">It will have 217 units with an average size of 1,016 square feet, according to a release from Daniel Corporation. There will be one, two and three bedroom options.</p>
<p class="p-text">Amenities of the apartment will include a resort style pool, fitness center, club room with outdoor entertaining area and a rooftop deck.</p>
<p class="p-text">The first units are expected to be available in early 2020.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Daniel announced that they had started construction on a 10-story, 217-unit residential tower at the Centennial American Properties-led Camperdown project. The Camperdown Residences will feature one-, two-, and three-room luxury apartment homes, with an average size of 1,016 feet, according to developers.</p>
<p>As befitting its prime location in downtown Greenville, the residential property will feature &#8220;a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, club room with outdoor entertaining area, and a roof top deck with 360-degree views of downtown Greenville from the 11th story vantage point.&#8221;</p>
<p>“Camperdown is a transformative development with a true ‘Main and Main’ address, located in one of the Southeast’s most dynamic markets,” said Justin Weintraub, executive vice president of Daniel.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Changes are afoot at the 90-acres of prime real estate that Fluor has called its Greenville home.</p>
<p>In some ways the changes at the Haywood Mall area campus are visible. In others they may have gone unnoticed by a public who too often drove by the construction and engineering firm’s sprawling campus and never thought twice about its sheer size or what could be done with it. And then there are those changes that are happening right now.</p>
<p>Legacy Haywood is the second complex from Daniel on former Fluor property. Daniel bought what would be Haywood Reserve in 2014 and sold the completed luxury apartments in 2017. Legacy is adjacent to Reserve; combined they occupy 26 acres.</p>
<p>“Given our history, we had strong familiarity with the location,” says Justin Weintraub, executive vice president with Daniel, nothing that Legacy’s name is a tribute to the company’s Greenville beginnings.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Daniel, a Southeastern real estate development, management, and investment firm, announced recently they have closed on 11 acres of land and will be breaking ground on a new luxury apartment community off of Haywood Road in Greenville named Legacy Haywood.</p>
<p>Located adjacent to Fluor (Daniel) Enterprises, 100 Fluor Daniel Drive, the name — Legacy Haywood — is a tribute to Daniel’s company legacy, which started in Greenville. The development firm is headquartered in Birmingham, Ala.</p>
<p>“Our team is thrilled to begin work on another apartment community in Greenville,” said Justin Weintraub, executive vice president of Daniel. “Fueled by a dynamic employment base, world-class culinary scene, and unrivaled natural amenities, we look forward to delivering another luxury community to one of the Southeast’s most vibrant markets.”</p>
<p>Construction is scheduled to start immediately, with the first units delivering in spring 2019.<br />
Legacy Haywood will feature 244 one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes.</p>
<p>The apartments will include high-end finish packages with community amenities such as a resort-style pool with a sundeck, outdoor fireplace with lounge seating, pet spa and park, coffee bar/internet lounge with Apple workstations, state-of-the-art cardio and weight training center, and detached garages.<br />
The community was designed by Wakefield Beasley &amp; Associates; the general contractor is CF Evans; the equity partner is Mesa Capital Partners; and the construction financing is provided by Synovus Bank.</p>
<p>Legacy will be Daniel’s second apartment community to develop in Greenville. The company developed Haywood Reserve in 2016 and has since sold the property. Daniel also recently announced it will be closing within 30 days on the 217 apartments that will sit atop retail and office space along Falls Street of the under-construction Camperdown development. Developer Centennial American Properties will retain ownership of the retail and office component.</p>
