Daniel launches new corporate responsive website

Daniel has launched a new corporate responsive website to better represent the company’s growth and portfolio.

The new site is optimized for mobile devices and includes simplified navigation, larger images and more project details. In addition to larger project photographs, frequent visitors to the site will notice the home page project spotlight features a different project on each visit. Designed and developed by Means Advertising in Birmingham, the new site went live April 28th, 2017.

Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, with a regional office in Atlanta, Georgia, the firm site is built to highlight current projects and feature new developments.

Daniel announces new Financial Center tenant

Just a little more than a year after opening its Birmingham office, law firm McGlinchey Stafford has moved its office from Homewood’s Southbridge office building to a new location downtown.

Daniel announces purchase of downtown’s Financial Center

Daniel Corp. is buying the Financial Center building, and plans to move its corporate headquarters from U.S. 280 to the 17-story office tower in downtown Birmingham.

Completed in 1982, the Financial Center measures 311,201 square feet across from Regions-Harbert Plaza at 505 20th St. N. in Birmingham’s central business district within walking distance to Jefferson County and Federal Courthouses.

The 292-Unit Haywood Reserve Sees Strong Demand

Haywood Reserve, the area’s newest luxury apartment community, is seeing strong demand even before the project is 100% complete. Daniel Announces Opening of The Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook

Boutique Luxury Hotel Anchors Lane Parke

Daniel Corporation announced today the completion of the most recent phase of the Lane Parke Development with the opening of the Grand Bohemian Hotel, a 100-room luxury hotel located along Lane Parke Road in Mountain Brook, AL.

Daniel Corporation, in partnership with Evson, Inc., commenced development of the Lane Parke master planned development in 2013 with the completion of certain infrastructure improvements followed by the construction of the Lane Parke Apartments which were completed in 2014. The construction of the Grand Bohemian Hotel, which Daniel developed on behalf of Kessler Corporation, commenced shortly thereafter with the completion thereof signified by a ribbon cutting ceremony on October 25th of this year. The hotel features 100 rooms, 6,000 square feet of event and meeting space, a Poseidon Spa, art gallery, and wine tasting room. With the completion of the hotel, the total economic investment in the Lane Parke development now exceeds $100 MM, an amount which will continue to grow with various retail and commercial construction currently underway.
