Daniel Corporation announced today the completion of the most recent phase of the Lane Parke Development with the opening of the Grand Bohemian Hotel, a 100-room luxury hotel located along Lane Parke Road in Mountain Brook, AL.

Daniel Corporation, in partnership with Evson, Inc., commenced development of the Lane Parke master planned development in 2013 with the completion of certain infrastructure improvements followed by the construction of the Lane Parke Apartments which were completed in 2014. The construction of the Grand Bohemian Hotel, which Daniel developed on behalf of Kessler Corporation, commenced shortly thereafter with the completion thereof signified by a ribbon cutting ceremony on October 25th of this year. The hotel features 100 rooms, 6,000 square feet of event and meeting space, a Poseidon Spa, art gallery, and wine tasting room. With the completion of the hotel, the total economic investment in the Lane Parke development now exceeds $100 MM, an amount which will continue to grow with various retail and commercial construction currently underway.

Lane Parke Apartments was recently awarded the Birmingham Apartment Association’s top award as Best Overall Property and was also a recipient of the Grand Aurora Award by the Southeast Building Conference.
