Grandview Physicians Plaza II will complete the primary medical campus for Grandview Medical Center, who has signed a long-term lease to be the anchor tenant leasing a significant portion of the building for physician offices and hospital services.</p>
<p>The building is designed to support ease of access and a positive patient experience, as the second floor of the building will be connected to the first floor of Grandview Physicians Plaza I through an open-air, elevated pedestrian bridge, giving the MOB a direct link to the hospital.</p>
<p>Daniel developed Grandview Physicians Plaza I, an eight-story, 207,588 SF MOB located adjacent to Grandview Physicians Plaza II that is now 98% leased proving the strong demand for state-of-the-art facilities in Birmingham.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Outlet Shops of Grand River is a 330,000 square foot retail center featuring distinctive outlets, specialty stores and a 4-screen drive-in movie theatre. The property is situated along the I-20 growth corridor between Birmingham and Atlanta. The development is anchored at Exit 140, which features Bass Pro Shops, Barber Motorsports Park, Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, and more.</p>
<p>The Outlet Shops of Grand River is the first community in Alabama to become a registered member of the Audubon International Gold Signature Program. Working closely with Audubon International, the development team prepared a comprehensive environmental master plan to ensure the project was designed in a sustainable manner, taking into consideration indigenous plant species, wildlife habitats, conservation and natural resource management. The master plan shapes the project’s environmental and architectural vision and sets forward guiding principles for long-term sustainability.</p>
<p>The development is a venture between Daniel, USS Real Estate and the Retirement Systems of Alabama and opened in 2010.</p>
