Located in Uptown Charlotte on N. Graham Street, the development site is walkable to Uptown’s Central Business District, offering unparalleled access to an abundance of 100,000 + jobs as well as exceptional accessibility to all major amenities that Charlotte has to offer.</p>
<p>Currently under construction, the property will include best-in-class finishes and amenities including an elevated pool deck, coworking space, state-of-the-art fitness studio, two-story resident social space, conditioned bike storage and repair room, an onsite market dedicated to residents, and secured and covered parking. Interior unit features include quartz countertops with custom cabinetry, designer lighting, and smart home features to name a few. The project sits just inside the Historic Fourth Ward and Daniel plans to incorporate the former Fourth Ward Bread Co. building into the design to preserve an aspect of the neighborhoods character.</p>

Situated in the north central San Antonio submarket of Bulverde, the development is a 350-unit, premium rental community. 326 of the units will be located in seven, four-story buildings with elevators, with the remaining 24 units located in carriage house buildings featuring private garages.</p>
<p>There will be a large triple-tiered resort-style pool and numerous social spaces around the property. The clubhouse will have resident social and coworking space, a fitness room with separate group fitness area, package room, and on-site “grab and go” market. There will also be a pet park with adjacent pet spa.</p>
<p>Apartments, available in one, two or three bedroom units, will have quartz countertops with custom cabinetry, designer lighting, and smart home features.</p>
