William’s Walk is a luxurious 380-unit multifamily community designed with an Old St. Augustine theme. The community is flanked to the west by an expansive wetlands conservation area providing peaceful respite and nature preserve. The project was a joint venture between Daniel and Case Pomeroy Properties.
The property was designed as a rental product and sold as a condominium conversion prior to its completion in 2005.
