Sixty 11th is the fourth phase of 12th & Midtown, a massive four-block master-planned development located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta.

The 20-story mixed-use tower consists of 320 luxury one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments and 15,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurants. Upscale features include ten-foot ceilings, granite and stone kitchens and baths, stainless-steel appliances and full-size washers and dryers.

Amenities include a clubroom, game room, fitness center and sky deck that provides sweeping panoramas of the Atlanta skyline. The private terrace level features lush landscaping, a zero entry saline swimming pool with waterfall and tanning ledges, multiple grilling stations, outdoor dining areas, bocce court and more.

The development was a venture between Daniel, Selig Enterprises and MetLife and was opened spring 2016 and was sold in 2017.
