The 10,000-acre development is situated along more than 374 miles of Lake Oconee shoreline, featuring the 251 key Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee, six championship golf courses, the TaylorMade golf kingdom training facility, four marinas, multiple clubhouses, walking trails, and more.
MetLife is the owner of the community and Daniel Communities manages ongoing operations and development of the project.
