Ashby at Ross Bridge

Ashby at Ross Bridge is a 250-unit apartment community located in the acclaimed Ross Bridge community of Hoover. The property features a resort-inspired clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center, clubroom, business center and professionally landscaped pool and gardens among its rich amenity offerings. In keeping with the Ross Bridge masterplan vision, Ashby was carefully designed to include pocket parks and access to more than five miles of activity trails that wind through 200 acres of nature preserves and green space. The development was a venture between Daniel and Regiment Capital Advisors, and was opened in 2012 and sold in 2013.
