77 12th is the third phase of 12th & Midtown, a massive four-block master-planned development located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The 23-story mixed-use tower consists of 330 luxury one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and 20,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurants. Upscale features include ten-foot ceilings, granite and stone kitchens and baths, stainless-steel appliances and full-size washers and dryers.

Amenities on the top floor include a clubroom, game room, fitness center and sky deck that provides sweeping panoramas of the Atlanta skyline. The tower also features an extensive rooftop terrace across the parking deck. The private terrace level features lush landscaping, a zero entry salt-water pool with waterfall and tanning ledges, multiple grilling stations, outdoor dining areas, bocce court and more.

The development was a venture between Daniel, Selig Enterprises and Northwestern Mutual completed in 2013 and was sold in 2014. Daniel maintains the leasing and management of the project.
