DaShonna is widely recognized for her ability to develop, mentor, and elevate talent, building confident teams that deliver consistent results. She earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2018 and has served on the Atlanta Apartment Association’s Membership Committee for six years, contributing to industry growth and professional standards. She made history as the first African American woman to receive the Atlanta Apartment Association’s Onsite Professional of the Year Award.

Beyond her professional achievements, DaShonna is a devoted wife, mother of four, and the daughter of two U.S. Air Force veterans. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and ocean kayaking—pursuits that reflect her leadership, resilience, and adventurous spirit.

]]> Christopher Nash brings over 25 years of experience in facilities management to his role as Maintenance Manager at Daniel Corporation. He oversees the full spectrum of building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety systems, and the supervision of the facilities department staff.

Prior to joining Daniel Corporation, Christopher managed operations for a 3 million square foot campus with a 30,000 square foot data center in St. Louis, Missouri, where he worked for over eight years. Most recently, he served as Facilities Manager at a 700,000 square foot Tier 2 hospital in Butte, Montana.

Christopher earned his degree in HVAC-R from Ranken Technical College in St. Louis in 2005. He also holds an EPA Universal Certification License and OSHA 30 Certification, reflecting his commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Outside of work, Christopher enjoys fishing and cheering on his hometown teams — the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues.
