A 24-year Daniel team member, Alicia serves as Senior Property Manager and currently is responsible for close to one million square feet of office in and around Birmingham. These notable properties include University Park, Lakeshore Park Plaza, Meadow Brook 600, Legacy Corporate office, Legacy Community Federal Credit Union’s eight branches, Meadow Brook Corporate Park and Grandview Corporate Park. Alicia also manages and is based at the Grandview Physicians Plaza I and Grandview Physicians Plaza II in Birmingham.

Alicia holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations, is a member of and, over the years, has held several positions, including President of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Alabama and served as a committee chair for BOMA Southern Region.

Alicia has been married to her husband, Brad, for 20 years.  They have two adult children, with whom they love to travel to and explore national parks.  Their son, Mitchell, graduated from Auburn University in 2017 and now lives in Jackson, Wyoming.  Their daughter, Mary, is currently attending Auburn.  Brad is an avid Alabama fan so that keeps things interesting.  Alicia supports many charities, but those closest to her heart involve animal rescues, women’s heart health and helping to feed others by filling blessing boxes.
