Construction is underway on Brezza, (pronounced bréz‧za and is Italian for Breeze) a 330-luxury apartment home project in South Austin. Brezza features 13 3-story residential buildings on 19.1 acres, and a desirable mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units.

Daniel Corporation is developing Brezza in partnership with CNL Growth Properties and BB&T is providing the construction financing. The project’s design and construction team includes Plageman Architecture, Kimley-Horn Engineering, Coleman & Associates Landscape Architects, Focus Design Studios, and Rampart Construction.
