Mrs. Da’Shonna Dallas, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), is an award-winning property management executive with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence, talent development, and high-performing onsite teams. She has held progressive leadership roles including Leasing Professional, Acquisition Training Specialist, Assistant Manager, and Community Manager, giving her a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of multifamily operations.

DaShonna is widely recognized for her ability to develop, mentor, and elevate talent, building confident teams that deliver consistent results. She earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2018 and has served on the Atlanta Apartment Association’s Membership Committee for six years, contributing to industry growth and professional standards. She made history as the first African American woman to receive the Atlanta Apartment Association’s Onsite Professional of the Year Award.

Beyond her professional achievements, DaShonna is a devoted wife, mother of four, and the daughter of two U.S. Air Force veterans. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and ocean kayaking—pursuits that reflect her leadership, resilience, and adventurous spirit.
