Birmingham’s Daniel Corp. is beginning work on a $60 million luxury apartment development in a booming sector of Pensacola, Fla.
The project, located directly across from the Navy Federal Credit Union complex on Nine Mile Road, is a 336-unit, four-story project within the Pathstone development.
First units are expected to be ready in the fall of 2021.
